Beautiful room. Very comfortable in all respects. Best breakfast of our trip by far - and there were some good ones! House extremely clean and well-presented. Perfectly located to explore Inverness on foot. Joan, who runs Cullis House, was enormously accommodating. This is an excellent base for exploring Inverness Islands, the castle, shops, pubs, restaurants and the local area - including Loch Ness, the Black Isle , and Colluden. Lots to do - would happily spend a week here travelling around. As it was we were on our way home from a trip round the highlands and had to move on to our next destination.

The couple are so friendly, helpful work so hard! They even offered to go and get petrol for us when we nearly ran out! Lovely food, spotless, great spot as a base. We stayed at a 4 star hotel after this one,but this place was better and half the price!

Lovely warm welcome, beautiful room and ensuite, large comfortable bed and a fantastic cooked to order breakfast. We were given great advice on places to eat which were only a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend it to others.
